The Hollingsworth Companies is excited to announce the newest SouthPoint Business Park location in Aiken County, South Carolina. It is located less than 2 miles from Exit 11 on I-20, just east of Augusta, Georgia. This prime location is approximately 5 miles east of the I-520 Interchange and approximately 50 miles to I-26 and I-77 in Columbia affording great connectivity for manufacturing and distribution operations.
The park is comprised of 200 acres overall. It is laid out with 9 lots with planned buildings ranging in size from 108,000 square feet to 375,000 square feet. Initial buildout is planned for 1.6 million square feet, with potential expansions up to 2.5 million square feet. Ground has been broken on the first two facilities of: 201,600 square feet and 126,000 square feet. Completion of these first two Upfit-Ready industrial buildings is scheduled for Q1 2026.
